When we connect you with an independent attorney, that attorney is solely responsible for their representation, advice, fees, and the conduct of their practice. Lavia Legal does not control or supervise the legal work of the attorneys in our network and makes no guarantee as to any outcome.
4. SMS and Text Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Lavia Legal at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
